Changing Lives of Delray Beach is dedicated to enriching and transforming the lives of homeless women and men in our area, by providing basic needs, resources, health and wellness referrals, mentorship, employment placement and more. Our goal is to help transition their lives from one of hopelessness to hopefulness and, most importantly, independent and self-sustaining living.
